Terms and Conditions for Black Friday Purchased Treatments

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of treatments from Prestin Chiropractic Professional Corporation, doing business as Ventura Slim and Trim and Ventura Spine and Disc (collectively referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing treatments during our Black Friday promotion, you agree to these terms.

1. Promotion Period

The Black Friday promotion is valid from [insert start date] to [insert end date]. Treatments must be purchased within this period to qualify for this offer.

2. Eligible Treatments

The following treatments are included in this promotion: Softwave treatments, laser lipo treatments, nutritional counseling and weight loss program.

3. Usage of Treatments

• Expiration: All purchased treatments must be used within 90 days from the date of purchase. After 90 days, any unused treatments will expire and will not be refundable or transferable.
• Appointment Scheduling: Appointments for treatments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

4. Non-Transferable

Purchased treatments cannot be shared with others. Each treatment is intended for use by the purchaser only. However, treatment packages may be purchased for another individual. In such cases, all treatments within the purchased package must be used exclusively by that individual and cannot be shared among multiple people.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24-hour notice. Failure to do so may result in the loss of that treatment.  This notice should be provided in writing to info@vtaslim.com. 

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, which will be outlined at checkout.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Treatments purchased during the Black Friday promotion are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the treatments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
